We are recruiting for a SENIOR Human Resources Manager for a growing & expanding heavily industrial manufacturing company.  They focus heavily on retention – they value their employees!  They are expanding as they’ve had great success with new product introductions.  They need a skilled HR Manager who has a strong & stead to guide the Human Resources Department of this non-union, multi-shift facility. 
To qualify for this position, you need to have been a hands-on- the-floor Human Resources Manager, with a BS degree.  We’ll respond quickly if you have a Master’s degree in Human Resources or closely related discipline.  We are seeking a great communicator with an excellent ability to cultivate positive team interactions between all departments.  The ideal candidate has energy & enthusiasm all packaged up with a friendly, yet professional, personality, & excellent communications style.
If you have been an upwardly moving Human Resources Manager and are ready for the next step – to the SENIOR Human Resources Manager position – then this could be your new job.  This SENIOR position would be a poor fit for desk jockeys, consultants, VP’s, or service industry HR people.  We are looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves & hands-on the industrial production floor Human Resources Manager that wants to become part of our extended family & stay a while.

Employee satisfaction & retention is the driving force at our facility and we need the Human Resources Manager to be willing, excited, and already trained to help us increase these items.  Evaluate the current benefits, bonus, and other perks and then create a positive working environment, training the current management & supervisory teams.  Assay the HRIS system & upgrade, if needed.  Be the resident expert on employment law, onboarding, benefits, workers comp.
Daily, you’ll manage the Generalists; lead the recruiting, training, hiring, and onboarding.  Handle employee & industrial relations.  Lead the teams in recognizing key employees’ success and boosting morale.  Resolving employee issues & assisting management teams in developing their employees.  You will be the example to inspire the change for an engaged work culture.
