Our Leading Global Manufacturer is expanding their product line and has great opportunity for a proactive 1ST Shift Production Supervisor who will bring positive changes to their World Class facility.  Great career opportunities at this company as they love to promote from within and have so many locations across the world for you to choose from!  There is a growing demand for their technologically advanced products!
As the Production Supervisor, you will have the following responsibilities:
  • Execute production planners schedule and ensure SAP is being used properly
  • Promote team building and employee participation
  • Communicate priorities, issues and problems to the group leads
  • Evaluate employee performance
  • Coordinate the general training/cross training of operators
  • Take responsibility for the quality of all products produced and for the enforcement of quality criteria, including SPC and other general work instructions.

Minimum requirements for this Production Supervisor position:
  1. College degree preferred, but must  have High School Education
  2. At least 5 years manufacturing environment, 2 of those in wire and Cable industry 
  3. At least 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
  4. Excellent administrative, organizing, and time management skills
  5. Experience with ERP systems
  6. Must be able to work without sponsorship.
