Leading Engineered Wood Company has an immediate need for a Maintenance Manager Superintendent. 
You will lead a team of maintenance technicians who seek guidance in transitioning from reactionary to preventive maintenance concepts focused on reducing unscheduled downtime.  Use your hands on experience in Preventive, Predictive, and Reliability Maintenance to train new and current associates within maintenance.  Lead and direct the team to insure that all maintenance work is completed in a timely manner, while ensuring safety procedures are followed.  Promote Continuous Improvements and maintain efficient work standards.
Salary $90,000 - $115,000 + Excellent Benefits & Paid Relocation Package to the South

Requirements For this Maintenance Superintendent position:
  • Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a Wood industry environment preferred.  Other similar industries will be accepted packaging, paper, steel, etc.
  • Minimum 3 years of Supervisory / Management experience
  • Experience implementing predictive/preventive maintenance programs
  • Team leaderships skills – ability to lead inspire, and motivate
BS degree in Engineering or Technology is preferred, but experience will seriously be considered.
