Maintenance Supervisor – Pulp and Paper - Converting – Expanding Manufacturer
Salary up to $80,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits & Paid Relocation Package
Leading paper converting facility has an immediate need for a Maintenance Supervisor who must be familiar with Paper Converting processes.  You will lead a team of maintenance technicians who seek guidance in transitioning from reactionary to preventive maintenance concepts focused on reducing unscheduled downtime. 
To be successful in this role, you should have hands on experience in Preventive/Predictive (Reliability) Maintenance as well as implementing Preventive/Predictive Maintenance programs.  This supervisor will be expected to train new and current associates within maintenance.
You will lead and direct the team to insure that all maintenance work is completed in a timely manner, while ensuring safety procedures are followed.  
Paid Relocation to a wonderful, family-friendly metro area in the South.
Minimum requirements for this position:
  • Degree preferred, but will consider equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ of maintenance experience in a Paper Converting manufacturing environment
  • At least 3 years’ of Supervisory / Management experience
  • Hands on experience in Preventive/Predictive (Reliability) Maintenance
  • Experience implementing predictive/preventive maintenance programs
  • Team leaderships skills – ability to lead inspire, and motivat
