Business Unit Maintenance Manager – Pulp and Paper
 
Salary $135,000 – $155,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits and Paid Relocation Package
                                                                            
Paper Industry Manufacturer has an immediate need for a Business Unit - Maintenance Manager.  This manager will have responsibility for all areas of this mill.  Manage Capital Plans; ensure effective use of maintenance resources throughout the mill.  Support and promote reliability and R-Gap closure.  Serve as a technical resource throughout the mill.
 
This Business Unit Maintenance Manager’s position is in the beautiful Northeast.  Beautiful rural area and drive in or live in Snow skiing, hunting, and fishing country.  Best of both worlds with a little drive time. 
 
Requirements for this Pulp and Paper Business Unit Maintenance Manager position:
  • BS degree in Engineering or Technology preferred but will consider equivalent experience
  • Ten or more years of maintenance management experience in Pulp & Paper or similar heavy industry experience.
  • Team leaderships skills – ability to lead inspire, and motivate
